Is it a good morning for you?
If yes, you are suffering from a disease.
The disease is called IGNORANCE.(keep reading to know why)
Why do you think God made humans and decided to make them sleep for 6+ hours daily?
As a Human your body needs rest to function optimally.
Mental necessity of rest.
Your brain is like RAM (Random access memory)of a computer.
In case of humans, your brain gets busy with all the things you do in your day.
Your brain cleans itself of the junk when you sleep.
This is why you have great potential to learn and brainstorm early in the morning.
Physical necessity of rest.
When a vehicle breaks down, it is moved off the roads to the service station for repairs.
Similarly, your body fixes itself when you are not using it, i.e. sleeping.
If you ever worked on yourself in life, you know this.
If you ever got seriously sick in life, your doc must have told you to TAKE REST.
Because, it is important.
Grindset is nice, but harder grinds demands deeper rest state(mental and physical).
Here comes in the role of circadian rhythm of the body and how it affects your life.
The short answer to this is 100%.
Your productivity, mood, behaviour and all important aspects of your life gets messed up if you don not align your life with nature.
Sun is God to humans since the very start, because it is the provider of life.
When you wake up at before sunrise and watch the sun go up and sleep when it is dark.
Your body thrives in the natural cycle which has evolved over thousands of years of evolution.
An exercise for you
Go to bed at 9PM without your phone and sleep by 10 or 11 PM.
Make a to-do list for the things you will do tomorrow.
Wake up at 5AM and watch the Sunrise for 10 mins daily for 7 days.
Start your day with basking in the Sunrise, followed by workout and a cold shower.
Then move on to completing your to-do list.
Do this for 7 days and watch your life get back on track.
DISCIPLINE IS THE KEY.
Here is one of my favourite quotes
“We must all suffer from one of two pains: the pain of discipline or the pain of regret. The difference is discipline weighs ounces while regret weighs tons.”
―Jim Rohn
That is it for this time.
